Get Merchant Document Presigned URL

https://api.stg.mesta.xyz/v1/merchants/{id}/documents/{documentId}/presigned-url

Retrieves a temporary presigned URL for downloading a merchant's own KYB document, or an identity document belonging to one of its UBOs. The URL expires after 300 seconds.
