Generate On-Demand Deposit Bank Accounts

Initiates the creation of a deposit bank account for a sender on demand, in the requested currency (EUR, GBP, MXN, or USD). The account is provisioned with the appropriate banking provider based on currency. This is an asynchronous operation that may take up to 60 seconds to complete.
