Usage Notes

  • Indonesia is divided into 38 provinces (provinsi)
  • Codes use the 'ID-' prefix followed by a two-letter abbreviation
  • Some provinces have special administrative status:
    • DKI Jakarta (ID-JK) is a special capital region
    • DI Yogyakarta (ID-YO) is a special region
    • Aceh (ID-AC) has special autonomous status
  • When specifying locations in Indonesia in your API requests, please use these exact codes for the province
