Portugal District and Region Codes
When dealing with addresses or locations in Portugal, our API uses the following district and autonomous region codes. These codes are based on the ISO 3166-2:PT standard for Portugal's districts and autonomous regions.

Usage Notes
- Portugal is divided into:
- 18 districts (distritos) on the mainland
- 2 autonomous regions (regiões autónomas)
- All codes follow the format 'PT-' followed by two digits
- Special regions:
- Lisboa (PT-11) contains the capital city Lisbon
- Açores (PT-20) and Madeira (PT-30) are autonomous regions
- When specifying locations in Portugal in your API requests, please use these exact codes for the district or region
